When you use our service, we collect the prompts you generate, your form inputs (skill level, goal category, industry, goal description), and payment information processed securely through Stripe.

We use your information to provide and improve our prompt recommendation service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and analyze usage patterns to improve our recommendation engine. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Authentication data is managed by Supabase Auth. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details on our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered prompt generation, and Vercel for application hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@promptalli.com. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us directly.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
