By accessing or using PromptAlli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PromptAlli is an AI prompt generator that provides personalized prompt technique recommendations and generates ready-to-use prompts based on your skill level, goals, and industry. The service uses AI models to generate content and recommendations.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features of PromptAlli. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Free and Paid Usage
PromptAlli offers 5 free prompt generations per account. Additional prompts are available for purchase at $10 for 30 prompt generations. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prompt credits do not expire.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact us at support@promptalli.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Prompts generated by PromptAlli are provided for your personal or commercial use. You own the output of prompts you generate. The PromptAlli platform, including its recommendation engine, design, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of PromptAlli.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
PromptAlli uses AI models to generate prompt recommendations and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any prompts before use in production or professional settings. PromptAlli is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of generated prompts.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PromptAlli to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the recommendation algorithms. You may not use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage patterns.
9. Limitation of Liability
PromptAlli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptAlli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Your continued use of PromptAlli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
